[random] Guardian Exclusive Workshop: La-Roche Posay Sun-care Workshop+ Fong Lye Taiwanese Restaurant
I was delighted to be selected to attend the Guardian Exclusive 'La-Roche Posay Sun-Care' Workshop, and it was held at Guardian Plus at Takashimaya Shopping Centre.
We
ended our meet up with a wefie! Say Cheese….
We
were given a generous goody bag which was filled with La-Roche Posay and Vichy
products.
Meryl
came down to Suntec City to meet me for lunch on a random weekday, and I was so
happy to see her again. Although we seldom see each other, we are still in each
other’s heart, and that’s what friends are for! We settled our lunch at The
Butcher’s Kitchen, and we went for the daily lunch set special which comes with
soup and a glass of drink. The set cost us around SGD15++.
I
had the Teriyaki Salmon with Rice while Meryl had pasta instead. We had an
enjoyable time together although my lunch time is limited. Thanks so much for the
companionship!
I
met up with Linda for dinner at Berlin Bar & Restaurant which is located at CHIMJES. We made
use of the ladies card that we obtained from their previous event – SHE Private
Party. With this card, we were entitled for 1-1 pasta.
I love my Aglio Olie Pasta with Bacon, and Linda
had Carbonara. We ended our dinner meet-up with some nice cocktails that were going for half price, as it was Happy Hour! Thanks for the meet up, and we enjoyed our meal very much.
Tracy
and I joined the BFF FB giveaway, and we won for ourselves an Advanced Moisture
Mask Set from MEDICELL LABS! Thanks BFF!
I was rewarded for joining the Taste Society as a member! For being a member, I got myself a jar of Anthon Berg A XOCO Chocolate – Lemon Crisp from
Cocoa Trees. Thanks so much for the sweet indulgence!
Lastly,
I met up with my friend, Shirley – A Malaysian Blogger for a lunch date at Fong Lye
Taiwanese Restaurant which is located at Sunway Pyramid. I enjoyed the food
items we ordered as they were tasted very well! Thanks for the treat! I hope to
see you again in October if I come down to KL!
Fong Lye Taiwanese Restaurant is a perfect eatery place if you are craving for Taiwanese cuisine. All their Set Meals are served on a classic wooden tray. I had Minced Meat Rice (Lu Rou Fan), which had side dishes and a bowl of soup! I personally feel that their set meals are pretty generous in portions. I will visit Fong Lye Taiwanese Restaurant again with my Baby and his family the next time we come up to KL!
