Christmas & New Year Celebrations @ PARKROYAL on Beach Road

 
 Stepping into the holiday season in December, Plaza Brasserie is located at PARKROYAL on Beach Road and they are celebrating these festive occasions with a scrumptious spread of festive specialties in the classical Christmas and New Year’s theme in Blue, White and Silver setting.
 
 
Plaza Brasserie promises to provide something unique for everyone this holiday season.
  
 
 The hotel introduces Pork Knuckles served in Asian inspired Spicy Sauce and Red Wine Sauce together with the traditional Roasted Turkey, Honey Baked Ham and Meat Loaf that will also be served as part of the festive treats.


A handful of bloggers were invited to experience the delightful buffet spread that was offered by Plaza Brasserie. All of us simply indulged ourselves in the Christmas feast. 
 
 
 If you are into Chinese Roasts just like me, simply indulge yourself and savor their delicious Roasted Honey Glazed Ham with Pineapple and Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Turkey with Sausage Meat, Chestnut and Mushroom Stuffing and Roasted Pork served with Homemade Sauce and Roasted Duck served with Chili and Plum Sauce.
 
 
One can never miss out on the most-raved flavored prata which is available in Plaza Brasserie. I went for 2 rounds of the durian-flavored servings.
 
If you are more into Japanese Sushi or Sashimi, there is a decent spread to satisfy your craving.
 
 Apart from the meat selection galore, savor the hotel's signature selections: Deep Fried Crispy Eggplant with chicken Floss, Stir Fried Butter Prawns, Braised Vegetable with Conpoy, Crab Meat and Topshells, Oven Roasted Duck Breast Meat with Marinated Cherries, Crispy Soft Shell Crab, Grilled Fish Fillet with Mustard Sauce, Baked Alaskan Cod with Mustard Sauce, Braised Oxtail in Red Wine Sauce, Braised Chicken in Herbs Reduction, Stir Fried Pork with 'XO' Sauce, Deep Fried Crispy Almond Prawns, Stir Fried Beef with Thai Mango Sauce, Sautéed Brussles Sprout with Fish Maw and Bacon, Fried Rice with Seafood and Preserved Olive and Braised Noodles with Crab Meat and Mushrooms. 
 
 
We had some festive dessert delights such as Christmas Fruit Cake, Pecan Pies, Assorted Log Cakes...


 
The dessert and cake selections are definitely making this festive season a sweet and heart-warming one to remember...
