Althea's latest addition - Petal Velvet Sunaway with SPF 50+ PA++++
Althea Korea is no longer just an online shopping website that offers various Korean beauty fixes, as they have been having their very own line of products since 2017. I've always been pleased with the results from their own line of products. From their very first own beauty products. These range from the Althea Petal Velvet Powder to the recent August launch, the Real Fresh Skin Detoxer.
The
most famous breakthrough launch was the Bare Essentials' skincare range which was
launched in April 2018. It was designed to take care of our complexion by using
effective yet simple skincare products.
The
newest addition to Althea's product family is the Petal Velvet Sunaway with SPF 50+
PA++++ (SGD13 for 55ml). It is formulated with a light and fluid texture to
protect the skin against UVA and UVB rays.
Petal
Velvet Sunaway contains Damask Rose extracts to smoothen the skin. Damask Rose
has a natural composition that is rich in vitamins, which penetrate deep into the
skin, soothing sensitive spots and strengthening it for a radiant glow.
The sunscreen glides well on the skin without leaving a white cast after application. I was so delighted to be given a chance to try it out, as sunscreen is a one of the MUST-USE products in my skincare routine. After using the Petal Velvet Sunaway product for a week, I found the results extremely satisfactory, and I must say really love this lightweight sunscreen that protects my face from UV rays and against the harmful environmental radicals.
I also loved the mild scent of Damask rose fragrance when I applied the Petal Velvet Sunaway on myself. The product controls excessive sebum levels on the skin and replenishes moisture levels throughout the day. You can also use it as a primer, as it gives a light velvety finish. Do remember to shake it well before using it!
Apart
from Althea's sunscreen, they also included 3 of their Petal Velvet Powders

I've
tried the Translucent shade #0 - (SGD6) when it was launched last year, and it
really helped me well by controlling the sebum levels on my t-zone area. Do read my

Recently,
they just launched a Warm Beige shade #23 - (SGD6) which offers a light
coverage as well as a 3rd Anniversary Lavender Limited Edition #Pink - (SGD6.50)
which gives a boost to dull and uneven tones skin.
