Onward Kashiyama Fashion Showcase @ Avalon

My RSVP has been confirmed to attend the Onward Fashion Showcase... The premier showcase of the ICB, Rosebullet and Dip Drops Fall/Winter collections. Thanks Heat Branding & Onward Kashiyama!!

The showcase was held at Avalon, the coolest nightlife venue in town... Located in Marina Bay just opposite the Marina Bay Sands Promenade... The geometrically complex Pavilion forms a crystalline 'island' which animates the bay.

My friends & I were looking forward to a night of big city lights and party glam, as we made our way to the Ultra Chic Club Avalon...

OMG!!! Look at the crowd, all the people in the house were enjoying the fashion presentation...

Oli Pettigrew was the host for the exclusive fashion showcase.


Are you ready for the fashion runway? We were given the privileged to witness the first-hand collections of the 3 distinctive brands - ICB, Rose Bullet and Dip Drops through the presentation of Onward F/W 2011 Fashion Show... I was excited to for the collections.

We had come to the end of the fashion showcase segment... We moved on to the edgy hair-styling presentation by popular hair-stylist, Shunji Matsuo and the lovely model is one of the top blogger in Malaysia, Cheesie...


Shunji Matsuo san used his magic hands to transform Chessie... Chessie was interviewed by the host about her blogging experience and how she felt when Shunji Matsuo san was doing her hair...

Last segment of the Onward Fashion showcase was Mix and match, the agenda of this segment was to show that colours and layerings play a big role in fashion industry...



From a plain white top to a ''WOW'

With that, it concluded the whole fashion showcase and it's time for some party-ing with my friends aka party-goers...

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
