[Christmas Edition] Jess Baby's personal space

McDonald's recently came out with a series of classic character plush toys which consist of Ronald McDonald, Grimace, Birdie, Hambulgar and lastly Officer Big Mac.


Hamburglar is a close friend of Ronald McDonald, Grimace and Birdie, even though his primary agenda is to steal the hamburgers and that explains his name, but oh well, he is still looked upon as a valued member of the McDonald-land community.

  

Hambulgar is the first character for this series, and Baby got it for me at SGD2.90 with any purchase at McDonald's. It is for a good cause as 10 cents from each plushie sold will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities Singapore




It is definitely a classic collection that cannot be missed. Each character brings back many fond childhood memories. What a nostalgic feeling!!


This Christmas, Marina Square Shopping Mall has transformed into a magical wonderland...


There is a magical screen at Marina Square Christmas whereby we can see ourselves surrounded by polar bears... What an interactive experience this Christmas at Marina Square!!


With the Augmented Reality (AR) app, Marina Square brings festive characters to life, and we can experience Santa Claus riding his sleigh, reindeers winking, snowmen dancing, and snow falling at the 'winter-themed' atrium.



A white Christmas tree, stand at 10-metres tall decked in colorful baubles and LED lights at the atrium.


I love the toy soldier in the colourful Toy House...


I also love the winter-themed Christmas setting at Marina Square...




Both Baby and I soaked in the festive atmosphere, and I simply can’t resist myself taking photos against the picturesque winter wonderland. We took a picture together inside the cosy Santa's hut. 


The Marina Square AR Christmas App is available for download for free on Apple and Android. It is so fun to use the app, as it enables us to explore and uncover 3D festive characters. After downloading the app, we can start the app and scan markers installed at designated locations in the mall. Enjoy the augmented reality winter wonderland experience at the atrium till Dec 25, 2013.


My lovable furkid, Coco is turning 8 in less than 3 weeks times... She came into my life in 2006 and she brings so much joy to my life. Mummy loves you, Coco. Stay healthy and obedient always!!


Baby entered himself to the Half Marathon (21.1KM) for Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore 2013. This was his first attempt and he did pretty well. His timing was 2 hours and 20 mins, and I am so proud of him.

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
