I was introduced to Klarity recently, as they believe

they launched their augural products at the Salt Grill & Sky Bar. I was happy
that I was able to part of the celebration.

Salt Grill & Sky Bar is located on level 55 of Ion Orchard Building, and it serves Modern Australian cuisine with a relaxing setting and awesome ambience. It is opened by Celebrity chef-restaurateur, Luke Mangan, and I was amazed by the awesome breathtaking panoramic view upon stepping into the restaurant.
I
took some pictures and uploaded them on instagram, and the uploaded photos will be
printed out as pocket-size photos for keep sake during the launch event.
Before
we started our brunch, we were served with some bread with Luke Mangan Olive
Oil and Dukkah, and the signature appetiser, Sashimi of Kingfish, ginger,
eschalot & goat feta arrived shortly, it was so tasty that it was just gone in
seconds…

barramundi, pea puree, fennel, apple, elderflower dressing
Portuguese
baby chicken, char grilled corn, chorizo chillies, olives
The dessert was splendid! I
savored the Chocolate Truffle, every single bit of it.
Each
Chocolate Truffle was perfectly prepared and it was tasted awesomely good!
Salt
Grill & Sky Bar at Ion Orchard is definitely a place to impress your date, as
it not only offers a spectacular view, but the food was delicious too. I had a great
brunch, and last but not least, thanks so much for the invite!
Both
Sweetie and I made new friend there, and here she is, RenRong, and we took a
photo together before leaving the premises.
