[Singapore Philatelic Museum] The League Against Evil: A DC Comic Super Heroes Exhibition

ChewyJas and I made a trip down to the DC Super Heroes Open House at the Singapore Philatelic Museum, as both of us love DC Comics!!  

 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
The League Against Evil: A DC Comic Super Heroes exhibition is running till 31 August 2014 at the Singapore Philatelic Museum. It is hard to miss the venue as the exterior/entrance of the museum is decorated with large DC comic banners and posters.
 
 
To celebrate the milestone of BATMAN's 75th Anniversary, Singapore Philatelic Museum presents the first and only DC Comic Super Heroes exhibition in Asia.

 
Upon entering the museum, we were greeted by a mock up Carousel that both of us couldn't resist, so we posed and took a photo with it...

 
The whole exhibition set up is well decorated with life-size standees which gives fans the chance to take photos with their favorite super heroes.

I love the figures/toys very much as they brought back many nostalgic memories...

I didn't really notice that the logo of BATMAN has been changed over the years... Thanks so much for the chance to gain more knowledge in life...

We ended our day at Singapore Philatelic Museum with a photo with some super hero impersonators!

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
