[food tasting] Festive celebration at Spuds & Aprons, Faber Peak

I was invited by the lovely people from the Mount Faber Group for a food tasting of their upcoming festive dining at Spuds & Aprons. To get there, we took a cable car, but unfortunately we missed the beautiful sunset as we only arrived at night.

Spuds & Aprons is a place where food lovers meet one another!

At Spuds & Aprons, you can choose to dine indoors with air-con, or you can choose to dine at the alfresco area. it is very nice to have our meal at Spuds & Aprons as it offers a very beautiful view of the Keppel Bay.

I was feeling great to have my meal at peak of the Mount Faber with ChewyJas

We started off our session with the special created for the festive season, Santarina, and it tasted refreshed and lingered the mood of festive throughout my whole food tasting.

We began our wickedly sinful dinner with Festive Wicked Fries. OM! It tasted awesome and I simply let go my restrictions on my diet, oh well who cares when come to good food. I love the melted cheese with yummy turkey meat.

We had Pan-Fried Foie Gras, and I was surprised of the generous portion served with the Baby Spinach Salad and Runny Poached Egg. The Raspberries, Walnut and Bacon Dressing went well with the Foie Gras.

If you prefer something light, you can opt for my personal favorite, Grilled Tako which was served with Spicy Thai Style Pomelo Salad. This dish is pretty addictive, and how I wish I can have more servings.

Grilled King Prawns was served with Al Dente Squid Ink Pasta, Shimeji Mushroom, Cherry Tomatoes and Tangy Tom Yam Broth.

I love the generous serving of the mushroom and the tom Yam broth makes a difference to the pasta, as it gives a Asian fusion to it. I enjoyed the yummy and succulent king prawn very much!

Baked Asian Turkey Roll left a lasting impression on our food tasting of the festive-inspired menu.

We rounded up our meal with Mountain of Happiness! We indulged in 16 scoops of Haagen Dazs Ice-cream which were topped with mixed nuts and fruits and glazed with a decadent sauce. At Spuds & Aprons, there is a small offer for diners, where whoever finishes 16 scoops of ice-cream within 15 minutes gets to enjoy this enormous dessert on the house!

For the month of December, do enjoy the festive-inspired lunch and dinner menus prepared at Spuds & Aprons and Faber Bistro.

If you are still searching for the best place to celebrate the year-end festive, look no further as Faber Peak Singapore offers the most deliciously and colorful celebration ever for this festive seasons.

Be wowed with the celebratory dining options, fireworks display all round and the best countdown parities ever.
