MAMMA MIA! Media Call

Due to overwhelming demand, MAMMA MIA! the highly-anticipated musical inspired by the classic songs of ABBA extended its season until 14 December 2014. The award-winning musical has opened at The MasterCard Theatres at Marina Bay Sands on the 13 November 2014, and tickets are now on sale.

 
MAMMA MIA! was last performed in Singapore way back in 2004, but now they are back again to our sunny island after receiving huge success during their last performance a decade ago.

 
The international tour of MAMMA MIA! has been enthralling audiences around the world since its debut in 2004. MAMMA MIA! is celebrating 15 years in London's West End and is also the 9th longest-running show on Broadway.

 
MAMMA MIA! features ABBA's all-time favorite classic songs with an enchanted story of family and friendship unfolding on a Greek island paradise. Sophia posted 3 wedding invitation cards to 3 different men from her mother's past, as her mission is to find out the identity of her father, and bring him to the island to walk her down the aisle on her wedding day. 

 
Canon celebrates its 35th Anniversary in Singapore, and they have partnered with MAMMA MIA! to raise funds for the Singapore Cancer Society (SCS)
 
 
This is their second year raising funds for SCS, as Canon was a presenting sponsor of the award-winning musical, Phantom of the Opera in 2013, and they donated all the proceeds from the sales of the photo prints from the photo booth located at the MasterCard Theatres at Marina Bay Sands during the entire 8 weeks production of the musical.
