Light dinner with Shu Qing @ Delifrance - UE Square

There was a promotion going on, so we decided to take up that up... 2 quiches @ SGD5.50. We ordered a mushroom and a ham quiche each for ourselves and they tasted great!


After our dinner, we went over to DBS Arts Centre to watch a musical performance - PLUCK: Musical Arson... Thanks Shu Qing for inviting me with her :)

What happens when classical music meets Trio Pluck fools? I guess they will pluck their way to bring jokes and laughter to the audience...

We love cam-whoring...

We were given seats at the stall section - 2nd row from the stage...

PLUCK: Musical Arson began with three impeccably dressed musicians playing the classical musical instruments. They compete, argue, dance and fight and even seduce throughout their performance...

I love the part whereby the sultry cellist who was struck by love at first sight, and she made her way down from the stage to serenade a male guest among audience seats. I just can't stop laughing when he looked out of wits therefore, he played along with her...
A tribute to legendary American Guitarist : Jimi Hendrix. He was said to be one of the most influential musicians in the history of rock & roll music. The spectacular finale of the play ends with a violin on fire!

I can't stop laughing throughout the whole performance... I love their silliness combined with the classical music. YES! I agreed that this is really a fun and light-hearted way to introduce classical music to the new-comers just like me... Hahaha!!!
