Porridge Lunch Buffet @ Joaquim

Had lunch with my usual lunch kakis (Jo², RJ & Susie) at Joaquim @ Suntec Convention Hall. As my tummy upset since the day before, so taking porridge will be a better choice for meJoaquim is a casual eatery place, featuring the popular porridge buffet for lunch @ $9.80 nett per person. Reasonable price in town for buffet. Offering a wide variety spread of local porridge accompaniments, delight in the homemade flavours of chef’s specialties cooked to perfection.

Our buffet spread :-
Century Egg Porridge with Pork floss & Spring Onions as garnish
Leave Eggs (I dun take)
Mini Dim Sum (I dun Like)
Meat Balls
Omelette
Peanuts & Ikan Bills for the porridge
Fried Chicken Wings
Fermented Beancurd (Kong Ru) for the porridge
Asparagus & Carrots
Salted Eggs for the porridge
Braised Chicken feet (but Jo² only like the gravy)

For Susie - Achar & Beancurd with barley soup

For Jo² - Boh Boh Char Char

Overall the food was just average, cos all food have been prepared earlier on therefore some dishes were rather cold.
So sleepy at work after our buffet lunch….had tea to keep us awake.... now @ work desk waiting for our dinner date @ Ivins - Upper Thomson after work....hehe…
