The RAS Epicurean Star Award is back after a long hiatus of 3 years due to the pandemic to give due recognition to the outstanding individuals and establishments from Singapore's F&B industry. Many of them faced many challenges during the pandemic such as rental, supply chain and manpower issues.  The F&B industry was affected badly by COVID19 for the past 2+ years, and now with the easing of restrictions which has allowed for big events again, the Epicurean Star Award was held in the grand Fairmont Ballroom at Raffles City Convention Centre to celebrate the industry's efforts and achievements.  This prestigious Star Award is organized by the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS) is a highly anticipated celebration to recognize innovative and exciting F&B concepts as well as the people behind them. Both baby and I love afternoon tea, and therefore Baby surprised me by making a reservation for us for the  Hello Kitty Whimsical Tea Indulgence . This limited and special event was located at Anti:dote - Fairmont Singapore. We were ready to immerse ourselves in this adorable Hello Kitty high tea  indulgence set, which was definitely too precious to eat! The entire set was served in an elegant chest with drawers, and all the items in the set are Hello Kitty-themed. The tea set features an assortment of Instagram-worthy savoury and sweet creations. What would tea time be without some Savoury sandwiches and quiches?
