We went to Sushiro for our brunch, as they are presently having a collaboration with Sanrio’s favorite boy bands  - Hapidanbui ! I was kinda late and missed out on series Wave 1, but oh well, I still enjoyed the limited-time menu items and  obtained some of the exclusive themed freebies!   I will definitely go for wave 2 to get my hands on more of the  exclusive themed freebies. During the event period, we ordered their exclusive menu items, and  each item came with a small themed gift for us to take home! RKM had a movie date with S at PLQ to watch The Super Mario Galaxy Movie . We enjoyed the show very much, and both Baby and I rated it as 4/5! On a random weekend, Baby brought me to Simplicité which is located at Changi Road ! It is a Parisian-style Cafe in the day, and a laid-back neighbourhood bar in the evenings! Simplicité also has a wide array of drinks—from coffee, mocktails to cocktails. Baby ordered the signature La  Simplicité   cocktail which comes with quite a show.  I won’t spoil it for you, just get your camera and phones ready when the drink is served, but if you want to see what it's like, simply click the video file below to watch! We shared the Duck Confit , and it was perfect. The crackling duck skin was seasoned and pan-fried with a generous amount of brown sauce, a serving of broccoli, corn, and a bed of mashed potatoes! Recently, both Baby and I were craving for a comforting bowl of porridge, so in order to indulge my stomach craving, and we went to  'Gu Zao Ren Taiwanese Porridge' ! It is located at Changi Road , and they offer an extensive of variety of items on their menu to choose from. I really love their  Taiwanese Sweet Potato Porridge , and the best part is that after ordering your first bowl of porridge, subsequent bowls are free, so you can eat as many bowls as you want! My favorite dish to go along with my porridge is definitely the  Stewed Pork Belly with Mei Cai . Apart from the Stewed Pork Belly with Mei Cai, we also ordered  Brinjal with Minced Meat in Claypot and Hot-Plate Tofu .
