[Jess Baby's Space] Old Boys Gallery (OBG) + Happy Hauling

Image
My dinner gathering with my peers still went on smoothly despite the hateful haze, and we went to the Old Boys Gallery (OBG) which is located at Kampong Bahru.   Upon reaching the café, I was greeted by a wall of beers! It is a cosy café which is also filled with many artistic paintings.   Meryl had Mushroom Carbonara while Jasmine and I had the Roast Pork Agilo Olio. The Spam Chips which were served in OBG are rather different from other eatery outlets as OBG gives a twist by serving their portions in an ultra thin and crispy setting.         A basket of Spam Chips comes served with a home-made dipping wasabi mayo sauce, and each piece was highly addictive.   The damage was surprisingly decent as we paid SGD20 per person. ...

[Jess Baby's space] JPot + XiMenDing

Yay! I have completed my Hello Kitty SG50 Collection . Baby got me the Samsui Woman plush toy, which concluded the entire collection.   This is the cutest plush toy among all, and thanks Baby, for getting that for me. in addition , I appreciate loads that you helped me complete the collection despite being very healthy/diet conscious!   Claressa's birthday was on August, and I met up with her for a dinner gathering at VivoCity. The total damage is too steep for such a small po...

However, when I was in NY, I was surprised that many New Yorkers were preparing themselves for this occasion. Be it heading to church or heading down to Times Square for the Easter Parade, there is always something for everyone to celebrate Easter, and to immerse oneself in the wonderful time at the parade. Baby and I were so happy to be part of the Easter Bonnet Festival which took place along the legendary Fifth Avenue from 49th-57th streets. We made our way there by foot from our hotel which is located at 32nd street. We walked over to 23rd street to have ...
