Friends' gathering at Bakerzin Cafe + Artbox Singapore

Image
It has been a long hiatus since I ast met up with Jasmine and Meryl, so we arranged to visit the newly opened Bakerzin Cafe at Wisma Atria . This new outlet is bright and modern, and serves Artisan Sandwiches too! We had cakes at coffee at the cafe, and i do love the setting of the place very much!   I ordered a slice of Red Velvet Cake and a black coffee for myself. I like the Red Velvet cake as it seems to be one of the better ones that I’ve tried. It is not overly sweet and it suits my palate!   On the same day, we visited the Christmas Bvlgari Pop-Up store which is presently located outside Takashimaya.   We took some random photos at the pop up store as the interior gave out a strong Christmas feel!      We received a perfume vial for popping by their pop-up store. Thanks Bvlgari!!   This is my first time visiting Artbox Singapore although it was first launched in Singapore way back i...

Journey With Ryo: The Official Launch + Comchest Heartstrings Carnival2019

Image
Journey With Ryo: The Official Launch was held at Ion Orchard B4, and together with Jane and Sweetie, we joined in the fun and embarked on a journey with Ryo . We engaged ourselves in the interactive activities, where we had to collect at least 5 stamps from the various booth stations.   We had an up-close and personal experience of the different hair product s offered by Ryo. At the end of the game, we redeemed some attractive goodies from Ryo . Thanks for the generous goodies!  I was given the deep cleansing deluxe trial after completing the scalp check. Thanks for the try out!  Thanks Daikin SG for the tickets to the  Community Chest Heartstrings Carnival Tickets . I brought along my Baby Hubby and 2 besties (Sweetie & Tracy) with me. The carnival was held directly outside the Marina Bay Sands. We were excited to meet our childhood friend, Sharity Elephant, and we took a photo with h...

[random] Dinner at Tsukada Nojo

Image
I finally met up with CK after a 3 month hiatus. Together with my usual clique, Chewy and Meryl, we visited Tsukada Nojo (Bijin Nabe) which is located at Chinatown Point . Meryl was the only person who had yet to try this eatery place. We picked up the signature Bijin Nabe hotpot for a 4-pax portion, and it came with fresh prawns, minced chicken meatballs, Japanese beancurd roll, black fungus, purple sweet potatoes radish, lady fingers, golden mushroom, Japanese red radish, baby corns and assorted greenies. The hotpot set also includes a choice of carbo items too, and we chose egg noodles . All ingredients are carefully selected for a nourishing Bijin Nabe dining feast. The big pot of collagen was served to us, and it looked like silky milk pudding. The friendly server told us that we needed to boil the collagen and it will melt into a thick soup broth when heated. The chicken bones were stewed/cooked for more than 8 hours and left to cool down to form a colla...
