[food lovers] BKK Bistro & Bar + Bulgogi Syo + Fujiwara Tofu Shop + Eat 3 Bowls (呷三碗)

Both Baby and I went to BKK Bistro & Bar for dinner. It used to be known previously as Orto's famous 80-cent Thai Boat Noodles . They are now located at  Kallang Bahr u. The portions of the affordable Thai boat noodles are pretty small,  therefore we had about 3 bowls each to ourselves. Baby also ordered a regular plate of Spicy Basil Minced Pork Rice , and it was delicious. We added some sides like  Moo Ping , Thai Fish Cake , Tofu with ChickenFloss   and more to go with our boat noodles. The Deep-Fried Tofu Topped with Chicken Floss served with Mayonaise Sauce might look pretty ordinary and basic, but the texture of the tofu was perfect. The mayonnaise sauce enhanced the overall flavor! We will be back for their Mama Hotpot soon... Baby and I met up with my kid brother and his family at The Woodleigh Mall for lunch, and I felt this mall is pretty decent for families with young children. We had lunch at Bulgogi Syo , and as usual for many Korean restaurant...

[SG50] SG HEART MAP @ PARKS + random eats at Thai Boat Noodles

Singapore, my homeland is celebrating our 50th years of independence in August 9th 2015. To welcome the Jubilee Year, there are many activities and programs lined up to celebrate this happy occasion among the fellow Singaporean. SG Heart Map is to relive many Singaporeans' memories such as games we played, things we did and places we been to during our childhood times. Claressa and I joined in the celebration of SG50, SG Heart Map @ Parks , and it was held at Bishan-AMK Park , Lawn I / Lawn II . Many Singaporeans shared their favorite haunts/places in Singapore that left a feel impression in their life.  We saw many nostalgic displayed that we remembered in our old good days, and we immersed ourselves at the park by reliving our yester-year's memories.
