Baby and I had dinner at Penang Kitchen which is located at Coronation Arcade on a random weekday after our work... We ordered their signature dishes such as the Penang Prawn Mee Soup, Lor Bah , and Penang Char Kway Teow ... The Penang Char Kway Teow was fried with enough ' wok hei' , the prawns and sausages were generous, but what I like best is that it was cooked without a trace of excessive oil. Penang Prawn Mee Soup is worth a mention as t he soup base is thick and flavorful, and the ingredients (prawns and sliced pork) were pretty generous too. Lor Bah was served with homemade sweet sauce and chilli. Each piece taste good with a mixture of lean and fatty meat and it goes well with the dipping sauce and chilli The damage was SGD28-ish. The food that was served in Penang Kitchen is fairly authentic but the prices are pretty on the high side. This is either my third or fourth visit to 126 Wan Dou Sek...
