Great meal @ Lorong 33, Geylang Claypot Rice
Baby read up some rave reviews online on Geylang Claypot Rice which is located at Lorong 33, and therefore he decided to bring me to try out this famous Geylang Claypot Rice which bears more than 2 decades of history and delighted the tastebuds of at least 3 generations of Singaporean... Geylang is an area in Singapore that provides fantastic eats at affordable prices in an unpretentious simple setting. Baby called up and ordered the signature claypot rice about 30 minutes before we reached the eatery place, as their claypot rice needs at least 25 minutes to prepare from scratch... The server/helper prepared the rice for us by pouring in a couple of rounds of black sauce and mixed it vigorously... I asked him to leave the black sauce on our table after he was done with the mixing, as I prefer a generous amount of black sauce...
