Recently, Menya Sakura introduced the limited time only Lobster Mazesoba . This dish is served dry, and Mazesoba has become more popular lately in Singapore. Menya Sakura provides a free upsize, thus it makes it perfect for patrons with big appetites. Upon being seated, we were given access to a free-flow mini salad bar which is offered to all their customers courtesy of Menya Sakura . The Lobster Mazesoba has a unique medley of flavors, from savory to tangy. The thick miso paste is one of the various toppings, alongside spring onions, seaweed strips, tomatoes, a poached egg, and a lobster croquette. Before digging in, you need to douse all these ingredients with the ramen noodles, and do ensure that the vinegar and chili oil is mixed well too.
