I received a package - ' Grilled Mackerel'  by Ottogi , and I am glad that I was introduced to this microwavable grilled fish product which is easy to cook and has excellent quality! The company selected only quality graded   mackerels, brushed them with green tea and turmeric to get rid of the fishy smell, and seasoned them with salt to make sure they are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The grilled mackerel is a product that is enormously popular in Korea. It was prepared to be enjoyed by the elderly as well as children as 99% of the fish bones have been removed to prevent and avoid injury while eating.  This flavorful grilled mackerel is highly recommended to be served with rice. I was selected to work from home for 3 days, and Baby came over to meet me for dinner after his work. He suggested going out for dinner instead of somewhere nearby my place. 捞鱼生 is essential during the CNY period, as we Chinese believe that tossing of Yu Sheng will bring good luck for the coming New Year.   Every year, like before, Baby needs to go back to KL, M'sia to visit his relatives, and therefore, we had our mini reunion celebration before he left Singapore on the CNY Eve. This trip marks my second visit to Hong Kong this year as I did it in March... Oh well, it is kinda insane for a person to go to a particular country two times in a row within half a year, but to me, I am simply in love with the unique neon-light sign boards and amazing night scenery of Hong Kong.
