[Fall Italy Vacation] Day 03 : A Day Trip to Venice + Lunch at La Caravella
We woke up early to catch the morning train to Venice, and this was how the Duomo looks like in the morning when there are no crowds at all. We took the local train to Milano Centrale for the national train to Venice. We purchase some bread and coffee before we boarded the train for breakfast, but Baby had forgotten he had paid for a pair of Business Class tickets on the train fare to Venice, which also included some light snacks and drinks that were served on the train. We arrived at Venezia Santa Lucia after a 2+ hour journey from Milano Centrale. Once we reache d Venice, we visited the main attractions, such as the Grand Canal, ll Fenice Opera House, St. Mark’s Square and the Basilica. In my personal opinion, Venice is a beautiful city that can be covered within a day!
