Baby booked a table for us at il Cielo to celebrate our Valentine’s Day, and it is located on the rooftop floor of the 24-storey Voco Orchard Singapore , with stunning views of the city skyline. To me, il Cielo is quite underrated as an Italian restaurant but it was surprisingly a good Italian restaurant in the heart of Orchard Road. I must confess that we didn’t know the existence of this restaurant until Baby made the reservation. They offered a 2-course Valentine’s Day dinner set at SGD68++ per pax, but we decided to go for an ala carte choice instead. When we entered, we were led to our tables. The service was good but I felt it could certainly be better, especially on the welcoming and ushering to our seats. A complimentary Bread Basket was served shortly after being seated.
