Both N & I had a mini birthday celebration together, as we are Jan Babies! We had our Omakase dinner date at Sen-ryo which is located at Suntec City . This eatery place offers high quality and legit Japanese fare. We began our omakase dinner with five seasonal appetisers, each offering a unique taste of the season's finest ingredients. Each bite was a delicate balance of flavours and textures, setting the stage for what was to come. The Sashimi course was delightful, and it showcased an impressive array of freshly imported seafood from Japan. I truly enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients which were coupled with an amazing presentation of the food by the chefs. Hotate with Truffle  Uni with Negitoro Handroll  - my personal favourite! I love the simple yet classy interior at Kyoaji Dining, as it offered a stylish yet inviting ambience. The fresh delicious Japanese food was well executed. The Kyoaji Gozen Set : the sashimi was of top quality, while the other items were made with fresh ingredients.
