[celebration] Happy Birthday + Reunion Dinner

Image
On the eve of my birthday, Baby brought me to MYO Restobar which is located on the 19th floor of Oxley Tower.         We had the signature dish, Kia Hiang Claypot Organic Chicken. It is a nostalgic and traditional dish, that is famous for the chicken's juiciness, and rich sweet herbal broth!   Apart from that, we had tofu and greenies as well. The damage was around SGD57.     After dinner, we went out for some random photo-taking. Thanks Baby for everything!    I got these 2 serums about a week ago and started using them as part of my normal skincare routine. I like the texture and the light scent that it has. After using it, my skin tone is now brighter and more even! These serums are light weight, and I’ve been using them regularly for weeks! My skin looks healthier and suppler! You can easily achieve a youthful, healthy glow from within with The Effect Series! Thanks for sending ...

EM'BARKING' ON THE NEW YEAR OF 2018! I had a simple yet harmonious reunion dinner on the eve of CNY at The Good Trio Restaurant which is located at Thomson Plaza with Mum V, Baby Hubby, Bro Kenneth and his wifey. The damage was around SGD500 for a 6-course dinner, which included Yu Sheng, assorted Chinese dishes of vegetables, seafood, and an awesome 'Pen Cai' !! I love the CNY cookies from Yong Sheng Gift Shop which Mum V picked up from KL, Malaysia. I picked up a pair of oriental earrings from HarbourFront Centre to go along with my outfit on the 1st Day of CNY! My LOTD! My OOTD for the first day of CNY  On CNY Day 1, Baby followed my family to visit my big aunt whom is my dad's eldest Sister. She is staying at Tampines, and we had our lunch at her place. After that, we headed down to Toa Payoh to visit my Godma, whom is also my mom's elder sister. She prepared an amazing meal for us! Baby and I brought Mum V...

Early CNY Reunion dinner at Asia Grand Restaurant + Hong Kong StreetFamily Restaurant + VivoCity, Kim Gary HK Restaurant

Our relatives from KL came down to Singapore and we had an early CNY reunion dinner at Asia Grand Restaurant . Although this was my first time there, I had read many rave reviews before on this eatery place. Many of them recommended their Dim Sum selection and Peking Duck.   捞鱼生 is essential during or approaching the CNY period, as we Chinese believe that tossing of Yu Sheng will bring good luck for the coming New Year.   I was glad that the CNY menu set included the Peking Duck , and true enough, it was the star dish of the restaurant! I personally felt that it was probably one of the better, if not the best Peking Duck in Singapore.   The Fresh Prawn with Broccoli tasted good.   Drunken Chicken was pretty good too!   Steamed Fish with Fragrance Ginger     Glutinous Rice with Chinese Sausages tasted superb.       We ended our dinner on a sweet note. We had...
