[Winter Vacation] Okinawa Churami Aquarium - Day 03 in Okinawa
Good morning, and this is our third day in Okinawa ! We woke up as usual around 8-ish and headed down to the Club Lounge to enjoy our breakfast. As usual, there was a choice of traditional Japanese breakfast set or egg-styled breakfast. As usual, Baby got himself the Traditional Japanese Breakfast Set while I opted for the Egg Omelette with Bacon . I was surprised to be greeted by a big slab of bacon meat! ! After our brekkie, we headed down to the Churaumi Aquarium ( 美ら海水族館 , Churaumi Suizokukan) . This attraction is a must see, but was the farthest from our accommodation! The Churaumi Aquarium is widely considered Japan's best aquarium. The highlight of the visit to the Churaumi Aquarium is the massive water tank, named Kuroshio Sea . The exhibit plays a large part in showcasing the variety of Okinawa's of marine life. The tank contains a wide variety of species, the most striking of which are the Giant Whale Shark and Manta Rays.
