Both baby and I love afternoon tea, and therefore Baby brought me to Sheraton Towers Singapore to indulge in a cozy afternoon affair at the Lobby Bar with their 3-tiered Afternoon Tea Set. We were lead to our seats, and upon being seated, we were given a drink menu to order from various choices of tea by the pot. Apart from the drink,  we were also given a glass of Lychee Sparkle as our welcome drinks. The outdoor seating looked so quaint and I really loved the greenery environment of the premises. The highlights from the afternoon tea include a decadent selection of petite confectioneries and savories.   Wolfberries Osmanthus Scones, Madagascar Vanilla Scones and Baked Cheddar Crusted Mushroom Pie.  Our afternoon tea set comes with 2 Lobster Croffles . On a random weekend, we visited the fine-dining concept restaurant 'Mott32' Singapore, which is located at Marina Bay Sands. The restaurant offers Dim Sum classics with a sumptuous makeover. Upon entering the restaurant, I was in a great mood as the interior was really beautiful, and it had a luxurious vibe to it. We had our brunch so we had mostly dim sum items, and we started off with our meal with the Soft Quail Egg, Iberico Pork, Black Truffle Siu Mai. They   were simply delicious! We also had the Signature Crispy Sugar Coated Peking Duck Bun. Garoupa Dumpling with Chopped Chili The  Prawn Cheong Fun  was amazing the prawn was perfectly done in a Japanese Ebi Tempura Style, and gave it a nice crunchy contrast to the silkiness of the rice roll skin.  I loved the accompanying soy sauce as it really enhanced the entire flavor of this dish.
