Breakfast in Hong Kong is always worth waking up for. On our 3rd day in Hong Kong, we went to a classic Hong Kong style café for breakfast. We took the MTR to  Wan Chai MTR, and walked about 10 min walk to   Capital Café  華星冰室 , sometimes known as Chrisly Café.  The café offers similar meal sets to the notorious but famous café, Australian Dairy Company. T he breakfast arrived within minutes of ordering, so I must applaud their speed! I had the breakfast set - Instant Noodles (Gong Zai Mee) with Pork Sausage and 2 slices of Luncheon Meat , as well as a cup of Hong Kong Style Milk Tea . The Scrambled Eggs were excellent, and I loved the creamy & fluffy texture as it was fried with Hokkaido Milk. The highlight was the Scrambled Egg Toast with Black Truffle , and every bite felt like a blessing! Finally, Hong Kong has  opened their borders to travelers, who will now not have any restrictions for entry into Hong Kong! Baby and  I  love visiting HK , mainly because we were able to taste some of the best foods in HKG,  in short, we are ultimate food lovers, especially of Hong Kong cuisine!   This was a special holiday, as there were 4 more travellers joining us on this trip. We met up with the respective travellers at the Changi Airport Terminal 4 . We took a photo before checking in. As usual, I took  Cathay Pacific Airways  to Hong Kong, and I did my normal routine onboard, and that was to browse through the list of newly released movies from the in-flight entertainment guide selection. I selected ' Megan'  to keep me entertained for my entire flight journey.
