NoMakeNoLife Box Review - February 2020

Image
NoMakeNoLife or ‘nmnl’ in short, is a monthly subscription beauty box filled with Japanese and Korean beauty products! As compared to other subscription boxes, nomakenolife tends to include lesser-known Brand names in order to give these products a trial!    I received the February 2020 box, and it consisted of 8 products -  chocolate milk mask, eye patch, matte lipstick, eyeshadow palette, beauty soap, colored eye pencil, lip plumper anda ccheek color balm. Each month you’ll receive 8-9 full-sized, trendy and high quality items that include makeup, skincare, beauty tools, body care and much more! All of the beauty products are sourced from Korea or Japan. They were very kind to have sent me February’s box to review! [random] Baby's Birthday Celebration at ToriYard

Image
A couple of weeks ago, I brought Baby to ToriYard which is located at the popular public park, Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park to celebrate his Birthday.   I am glad that Baby loves the place that I picked for him for his mini birthday celebration, and and he found the cozy setting and lush greenery environment quite peaceful.       Baby ordered a bottle of Sapporo Beer to go along with his meal, while I maintained my drink as Hot Ocha !       Dining at Toriyard means you’ll be able to get a wide selection of  Yakitori , ranging from chicken to seafood. Each item was grilled to perfection over special charcoal that the restaurant imports directly from Japan.   My favorite item of all the dishes was the 'Tsukune' (Chicken Meatball),  which comes with an onsen egg and teriyaki sauce. It tasted delish, and I just couldn't get enough of it!    Baby's favo...

[VivoCity] Disney Tsum Tsum Mid-Autumn Celebration of Love + Hokkaido-Ya

Image
This year's Mid-Autumn Festival , or more commonly known as the 'Mooncake Festival' , falls on a Monday. As usual, the company that I work for, being Korean, closes office early for a half day in order to celebrate Chuseok (Korean's Thanksgiving Day!)     I went to VivoCity's Sky Park , which is located on the third level in order to visit the Disney Tsum Tsum Mid-Autumn Celebration of Love ! I am a huge fan of Disney in general, and I had a great time there!   Naturally being a Disney event, everyone's favorite Disney couple Mickey & Minnie was on display in a Tsum Tsum lantern form! This display is made out of 1500 lanterns and has set a record in the Asia Book of Records for being the Largest Lantern Sculpture !   Upon reaching, we started off with the 40m long tunnel which we found ourselves surrounded by lanterns of various Disney and Pixar Characters!     I took many random OOTDs again...
