Baby brought me and Mom Vi for our yearly New Year's dinner, and this time we went to at Kai Garden Restaurant which is located at Marina Square . Kai Garden Restaurant is located on the third level of the shopping mall, and it serves fine Cantonese fare. An excellent start to our dinner was Crispy Peking Duck, and it is one of the signature dishes at Kai Garden . It is served with rice crackers and 5 unique sauces and wraps. The wraps include original, pumpkin, beetroot, bamboo charcoal and spinach for an added twist. The sauce options include traditional Hoi Sin sauce, seafood sauce (crab & prawn), black pepper, sesame and sweet sauce. For me personally, I personally enjoy my Peking duck the traditional way with hoisin sauce.
