It's my second year attending the Crayon ShinChan Run ! It was held at the  Marina Barrage this time.  I am lucky to have kakis around me who enjoy a fun run from time to time, and they usually keep me posted on interesting and cute runs. I am glad that I managed to secure my slot! Upon receiving an alert message via the JomRun App , I made my way to Marina Barrage to pick up my race pack. The collection of the race pack was pretty smooth. I saw  many parents signing up together with their kids, as I guess that this is a good start to relay the messages to kids on the importance of regular exercising and staying healthy. The flag off started with waves of people! It was pretty crowded even after we crossed the start line.  We played some games at the  race village  and won some  Crayon ShinChan Run themed Stickers.  All participants received a Crayon ShinChan Pouch which featured a  Yellow Bucket Hat and a random Card holder upon collec...

I love to spend our weekends in the pool, as it is the best way to relax my mind while jacuzzi-ing away … It's another re-visit to Pigsfly Kitchen & Bar  with Meryl again! It is a casual dining eatery place which is located at East Coast Road (Katong area) , and also a place where people come together for the love of food and beer. You will find various independent kitchens serving up a variety of cuisines and a bar which serves a wide selection of artisanal beers, wine and champagne! We really love their Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan very much! We also love the food concept setting and it is a great place to catch up with your friends over a drink! I attended the Onda Pro Launch Party with Jasmine at GUOCO MIDTOWN, MIDTOWN MARKET. During the event, we were treated to sip on a glass of the handcrafted gin cocktail at the HENDRICK'S DRINKS CART. We were also treated to some interesting activities such as creating our own bouquet with fresh or dried blooms, custom wrappers...

It has been a long hiatus since my last visit to PUTIEN Restaurant. I went to the outlet located at Marina Bay Sands (MBS) with baby for dinner.  We ordered our usual favourite items - Pu Tien Mee Sua and Sweet and Sour Pork with Lychee.  The Sweet and Sour Pork with Lychee,  tasted fabulous! I had several helpings, and each piece of pork gave me a nice, homely feel. It was a pleasant meal on the whole, and the damage was about SGD80+. Both N and I decided to have dinner at Mama Diam - It's a Speakeasy Bar with a secret entrance behind the retro Mama Shop! It is located at Prinsep Street.   Mama Shop is an important element of Singapore’s rich cultural heritage. The front of the place is made up to resemble a small and often family-run provision store commonly found under HDB blocks back in the 1980s to early 2000s.
