[Christmas Edition] Festive mood for Jess Baby

Image
I had a date with my bestie, Chewy Jas for a nice brunch at 'Hatched' . When we arrived there, the café was pretty crowded and we were lead to the second level, as there were more seats there...   Hatched is an egg-themed cafe serving all-day brunch/breakfast and choice selections in the menu are mainly eggs cooked in various ways such as poached, scrambled, boiled and etc... Chewy Jas had Oozed Baked Egg , and she enjoyed it very much. I had Philly Omelette for my brunch, and it was pretty tasty as a whole. The damage was SGD32-ish. I don't mind paying a higher price at Hatched, but I seriously think that the service given by the servers  NEED TO BE IMPROVED . I received a Xmas gift from her... Thanks so much and I love the contents very much!!   A warm traditional Christmas at Tanglin Mall lit up everyone’s mood for Christmas... The whole ambience is pretty well done. I was immersed ...

I had a date with my lovely Cindy for a non-working (PH) nice brunch at 'Hatched' . W hen we arrived there, the café was running full house and luckily the staff lead us the first available table...   Hatched is an egg-themed cafe serving all-day brunch/breakfast and it adopted a modern, young and casual concept. The choices offered in the menu are mainly eggs done in many ways of cooking, such as poached, scrambled, boiled or even fried...     Cindy ordered the signature dish, Sir Benedict while I had Bird Nest for my brunch, apart from the eggs, all ingredients used for my brunch are mainly veggies like pickles, mushroom and even potatoes...     We shared the Sausage Platter together...     The damage was SGD60. The prices are slightly on the high side at Hatched, and it gets ready crowded on weekends and public holidays... Cindy and I have made a promise together for our next brunch date and we have set...

My weekend brunch at Hatched

Breakfast is the most important first meal of the day and Brunch is usually the highlight of the weekend for me and it never fails to get me happy or excited, so Baby drove me to Holland Village, to get our weekend brunch at a new eatery called ' Hatched'.   Hatched is an egg-specialty cafe serving all-day brunch and it adopted a modern, young and casual concept. The choices offered in the menu are mainly eggs done in many ways of cooking, such as poached, scrambled, boiled or even fried, but there is always a choice for everyone. It does bear an interesting concept for an all-day breakfast.     When we arrived there, the cafe was running full house and luckily the staff lead us to the 2nd floor, but the air conditioning on the upper level wasn't working very well, hence they switched on the fans for better ventilation.      The decor is pretty cute and interesting, and I love the cracked egg lighting ...
