Lunar New Year is celebrated widely by the Chinese all over the world, as it marks a fresh annual start! To usher in this Year of the Snake, we picked up a potted plant for good luck! During covid19 restrictions, we were required to cut down on house visiting. Now, my parents decided not to do it anymore, even though the restrictions have been lifted. Therefore, we kept the CNY celebration to just within our family on the first day of CNY. We had already gotten used to the restrictions since 3-4 years ago! My OOTD for 1st Day of CNY!
