It has been 2 months since I went to a food tasting event, and I was happy to be invited by the good people from Creative Eateries to indulge in the best Taiwanese cuisine at Xi Men Ding, which is located at VivoCity .   Xi Men Ding introduced some healthy choices of food for their diners. They came out with a few salad entrees featuring their homemade salad dressing.      We got to try out the Goma Dressing , and we had the  Mixed Salad with Chicken, Seafood and Pork (SGD12.90) The dressing complemented with the vegetables very well, and I enjoyed the lotus crisps.   The portion was pretty generous, and it was big enough to share among 4 person.
