[Merry Christmas] All about dining indulgence

Christmas has always been my favorite festive holiday , as I love shopping for gifts for my friends, colleagues and my loved ones. Last year, my dept organised a singing session after work. We did our Christmas gifts exchange at the gathering too!  However, COVID-19 has ruined our plans for this year, so we decided to do a quick and simple one  on Christmas Eve in the office instead before the office closed for half day. My secret santa was Kak Zam, and I was Jane's secret santa! I took photos with them respectively. We had fun together at work,  and we do hope we can arrange for a longer and bigger gathering next year! Baby arranged a Christmas Eve lunch for us at Burger & Lobster, which is located at the Raffles Hotel . We ordered the Christmas Set for our dining indulgence. In this set menu, we were each served a glass of Prosecco ,  and it was a great start to our festive celebration! We had the  Duo of Seafood  choice as our starter, and we loved...

Christmas has been my favorite festive holiday since I was a child, as I love shopping for gifts for my friends, colleagues and my loved ones. Both Baby and I decided to get each other a Casio watch as Christmas gifts, and therefore, we got a couple watch (G Shock + Baby G). We are Casio watch lovers! Thanks for putting me as your priority and taking care of my well-being! Muaks Baby!   On Christmas Eve, We met up with Meryl and the Lee family for a dinner gathering at Starker Bistro which is located at Hillv2 .   I had Seafood Aglio Oilo (penne ), and the Pasta was cooked Al dente, with a coat of aromatic olive oil! We shared the famous Pork Knuckle which came with Sauerkraut, Cherry Tomatoes and Crispy Fried Onion Strip. We were surprised by the serving portion, and I love the well-seasoned and perfectly slow-cooked Pork Knuckle.  We had a delightful dinner and the total damage was SGD45 ...

I cannot believe that we have already stepped into the second month of 2015, and CNY is around the corner! Time is flying way too fast every minute, everyday.   In 2015, I have a new goal. My mind set in approaching life varies differently from year to year, and this year, I want to go for as many holiday breaks and travel as much as possible due to my hectic work environment.   Recently, I just came back from BKK in January, and this trip marks my first overseas in 2015. This was a full-paid trip by my Baby as my birthday gift. I enjoyed myself very much, indulging myself with food and shopping. Although to many Singaporean, going to BKK might be a yearly routine for them, but for me, my last trip to BKK was way back in 2009.   Apart from celebrating my Birthday in BKK, I also received many gifts from blogging friends and colleagues.
