Sofitel x Sulwhasoo Afternoon Tea Experience
Sofitel Singapore City Centre recently collaborated with renowned Korean luxury beauty brand Sulwhasoo , and launched the Sofitel x Sulwhasoo Ginseng Afternoon Tea at 1864 The Bar . This limited-time Afternoon Tea Experience came with a set of Sulwhasoo Anti-aging Kit. We started with Chinese Herbal Tea Quail Egg , which had a pretty Chinese Herbal taste to it. The additional olive oil pearls added enhanced the flavor into the egg! I loved the Chilled Ginseng Egg Royale with Shredded Crab Meat . I also loved how well the soft egg custard paired with the sweet crab meat. It tasted delicious, and we loved it. The Chicken Collagen Broth with Coconut Noodles and Goji Berries had a unique taste. It was served chilled, and I loved the crunchy texture of the coconut noodles. The Sweet and Sour Duo Fungus Salad with Shrimp was my favorite among the savory offerings.
