It’s been 2 years since our whole family can dine out together. Together with my siblings, we organized a Mother's Day celebration session for Mommy at the Super Thai Singapore by Soi Aroy which is located along Upper Aljunied Road . I am glad that my family enjoyed the dinner! We took a family portrait at the premises.  As MIL loves Cantonese cuisine, Baby and I decided to bring her to MYO Restobar which is located on the 19th floor of Oxley Tower for this year's Mother's Day Celebration! We had the signature dish, Kia Hiang Claypot Spring Chicken . It is a nostalgic and traditional dish, which is famous for its juiciness and rich herbal broth! Apart from that, we had Tofu and Pork Ribs as well. The damage was around SGD70. As Mum V loves Peking Duck , Baby and I decided to bring her to Tung Lok XiHe Peking Duck restaurant which is located at Orchard Central for this year's Mother's Day Celebration!     Apart from the whole Peking Duck, we also ordered a dish of ' 3 Treasure Spinach in Superior Stock' and a plate of signature Braised Beancurd with Monkey Head Mushroom as our accompanying dishes. Mum V enjoyed the food very much, especially the Peking Duck.    The Peking Duck was deliciously succulent, but the portions was kinda too much to share among the three of us. Baby insisted we could finish the whole thing, and surprising we did! I had a simple family dinner gathering at 'Lor Duck', a teochew styled duck restaurant that is located at EastPoint Shopping Mall , to conclude this year's Mother's Day Celebration. While this may not be a fancy restaurant, I always believe that the effort to meet up together is the one that counts! We had a pleasurable experience at the restaurant due to the good service rendered to us.  My little nephew Hayden, while he has grown up quickly, he is still rather playful and naughty at times. He gave a peckon my Mommy's cheek who is his grandma, and this gesture made her day even brighter!
