I was invited to Majestic Bay Seafood Restaurant for a dinner tasting of their menu highlights. Majestic Bay Seafood Restaurant is located below the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay and it offers the freshest sea treasures from around the world and a luxurious view of the Marina Bay . The restaurant was run by award-winning Chef, Yong Bing Ngen who is known for his contemporary Chinese cuisine and it is also Majestic Group’s first seafood-themed restaurant. Majestic Bay is all about fresh seafood and that explains why we were greeted by the 'LIVE' seafood water tanks with lobsters, prawns geo-duck and fishes once we entered the eatery premises...
