[Northwestern USA trip] Day 7 in Portland - Downtown Portland
Good morning, Portland, Oregon ! We wanted to explore Portland after our brekkie at the hotel café, as the hotel provide their in-house guests a pair of complimentary street-car tickets every morning when they head out for their day. Luckily for us, the street-car station is located right outside the hotel! We picked up the tickets at the reception, and we made use of them to explore Downtown Portland ! Portland, Oregon is compact and easy to get around, and there is good public transportation available. The locals are friendly and there are many choices of delicious food! First stop: Pioneer Courthouse Square We grabbed some snacks from the food truck and hot coffee from Starbucks to relax at the Pioneer Courthouse Square, which is also known as Portland's living room.
