I had a short getaway (3D2N) to Kuala Lumpur (KL) on a weekend by Scoot!! Our flight was 9-ish in the morning, and we reached the airport around 730pm on a Friday morning. The moment we landed in KLIA2 , it was time for brunch.  As usual, Daddy Mike picked up us from the airport, and we still maintained our usual habit of having Bak Kut Teh for our breakfast. We checked in to the  Sunway Pyramid Hotel for 2 nights’ stay. We were upgraded as the previous room given to us wasn't up to mark. Thankfully, the upgraded room was spacious and clean. We drove up to Subang Jaya, PJ Kuala Lumpur again for a weekend getaway. Upon reaching, we chanced upon a newly opened shopping mall in USJ . This lifestyle shopping mall is named ' Da:Men' , and it is chockfull with greats shops and restaurants for a fantastic shopping/dining experience. Da:Men is the literal translation of 'Big Door' in Mandarin, and one can summarise that the mall was named such in order to have ' Doors of Prosperity' feel. Although the mall is located on the outskirts of KL town, the shopping concept is fresh and innovative,and provides the nicest retail therapy and dining experience to patrons.   At KOMONOYA , everything is priced under the single amount of RM5.30!!!
