My food review - Zaffron Kitchen + Kanada-Ya + Ho Fook Hei Soy Sauce Chicken

I love to spend our weekends in the pool, as it is the best way to chase the working stress away!   We visited Zaffron Kitchen which is located at East Coast Road (Katong area) , and I really have to say they have exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed ourselves and we have ear-marked it as our go-to restaurant whenever we have a craving for Indian cuisine. To accompany the protein we had Basmanti Biryani Rice and Naan Garlic . The biryani rice was cooked to perfection, as it was flavorful and tasty, especially as it was spiced with garam masala. It was a good companion for the main dishes. The Naan Garlic had a fluffy and chewy soft texture, and had a delicate and savory herbal spice flavor. Both of us loved it so much! The boneless Chicken Tikka had a tender and moist texture, with a bold and savory yet sweet spicy smoky flavor! However, our favorite dish of the day has got to be this dish - Butter Chicken ! [trandom] Early X'mas gathering at PS Cafe + Dinner at Hoshino Coffee & Ho Fook Hei Soy Sauce Chicken

Poppy recently arranged an early Christmas gathering with me and Meryl, and it was a great catch up! Just like last year, we went to  PS Café   again, but this time, we were at the   Raffles City’s outlet. We had a really fabulous time hanging out, especially since our last meet up was way before the CB period. I am looking forward for our next meet up!  Thanks girls for the lovely gifts! Baby fell in love with the mains which are served at Hoshino Coffee , so we went there again for dinner, but this time we visited the outlet in Suntec City i nstead.  He had his favorite  Hoshino Coffee's Pot-Baked Curry Rice , as he loves the baked Japanese cheesy curry rice which was served with generous chunks of sausages, broccoli and a semi-molten egg.  I ordered the Curry Rice with Fluffy Omelette , and it tasted awesomely good!
