Another long-planned outing to JB with the girls after a long hiatus of 3 years was finally fulfilled on a random weekend. Both Meryl and Sweetie joined RKM for a full day trip worth of shopping, 'makan-ing' and singing!   Upon reaching JB, Malaysia, we settled at our favorite eatery place, Restoran Yit Foh which is located at Taman Century. We never fail to visit this eatery place whenever we drive in to JB. As always, the meal i most look forward to is breakfast, in order to start a brand new day!     Restoran Yit Foh serves very delicious Wanton Noodles, and the egg noodles blended very well with their seasoning sauce. The freshly prepared preserved green chilli is worth a mention too! I love the piping hot soup which has generous portions of wantons the best! My wonderful weekend brekkie was satisfied by a plate of delicious wanton mee and a big sharing bowl of Wanton Soup!   We love shopping in JB, due to our strong currency convers...

Lately, the weather in Singapore is getting insanely hot, even at night! It is way too much for some Singaporeans (including me) to stand the heat anymore.  Baby brought me to Everton Creamery for an icy sweet fix. I ordered a waffle with a single scoop of ice-cream. Nothing beats having a nice dessert on an after work weekday evening! It is a good way to beat the scorching weather too! After our first visit to ' Flaming Don' which is located at  Bugis+, me and Baby fell in love with the affordable  Japanese Rice Bowls which the premises offers. We re-visited the eatery place a week later to have our meal on a random weekday after work!   The CSR team had a random luncheon at  Ichiban Boshi  with Boss B. Thanks for the treat! We had a delightful 1-hour lunch with one another!   This year, my company celebrated its  22nd Anniversary  and the committee members came out with friendly bowling...

RKM loves the weekend, as we get to spend quality time together. On this latest write up, we had lunch at Sunshine Plaza , as Baby suggested visiting an eatery we've not tried for a very long time. 'Parklane Zha Yun Tun Mee House' serves delicious fried wanton noodles! We ordered a plate each, and note that the noodles comes with slices of BBQ meat! The QQ noodles make the dish perfect and I wonder why I've not come back sooner to try their signature Crispy Fried Wantons soonest! The Wanton Mee gets a thumbs up from me, and I will definitely come back for more! RKM's Saturday dinner date with Mr and Mrs Ryden Lee at  Tampopo  which is located at  Takashimaya Shopping Centre, Ngee Ann City . When it comes to Japanese food in Singapore, Tampopo is definitely one of the few places that I will visit for my Japanese fix. It is well-known for its  Black Pig Tonkatsu  and  Black Pig Shabu Ramen .  ...
