As Mum V loves Peking Duck, Baby and I decided to bring her to Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck , which is located at Paragon Shopping Centre for this year's Mother's Day Celebration! The chef carved out a few special pieces of duck skin to go along with unpolished sugar. This is the most traditional, and the best way in my opinion, to enjoy this dish. The star of our meal was undoubtedly, the whole Peking Duck, which was delicately roasted to perfection! It was done in a traditional Beijing rather than Hong Kong's manner, whereby the skin is sliced with a generous amount of meat with it, and is then scented by the lychee wood used in the oven. The hand-made flour crepe, which is thin and yet elastic, made the whole Peking Duck a 'Super' success!
