I expected Christmas 2014 to be spent normally in the office, but surprisingly, it turned up to an exceptionally fun Christmas Eve.     Everyone wasn't in the mood to work, and the head of our dept organised a Christmas Eve lunch celebration. Apart from the sweets (L og Cake and Santa Jelly), she bought some sushi and of course the main role of this celebration, the roasted turkey. Some of the colleagues had brought some potluck too, such as Salad in Italian Dressing, Curry Chicken and Mac & Cheese at the party.     There was a gift-exchange after the X'mas lunch, and I love it very much! It was heart-warming as Christmas is a season of giving.        I got a Jack Sparrow Vinyl Figure during the gift-exchange. I love spending my RKM's weekend as both Baby and I will go around island-wide to look for new haunts for our random weekend dinner... We went to Duxton Hill, to seek for a nice place for our dinner, and while searching for the correct spot, I came across a Korean salon and they were having 50% off for their Korean apparel. I picked up a nylon material crop top at SGD28. When I brought it home, my mommy saw it and said it looked very nice. Back to our dinner, we went to The Alley Cafe which is nestled along the quiet street of Keong Saik Street . Upon entering the premises, it looked dark, as there were not much lightings in the cafe. There is a dark-colored row of furniture that makes the cafe look pretty gloomy. We had beers during our dinner, and we shared some Onion Rings before our mains. It tasted great with the BBQ dip. On Deepavail Day, I asked Claressa to join me on my RKM date for a day's trip to Batam, as I love shopping and having nice and comfort Indonesian food. This time round, she stocked up on her daily necessities like toothpastes, as well as tons of snacks.   As usual, we took BatamFast to Batam Centre, and the whole travelling time was about an hour. After clearing the customs, we made our way by foot to Mega Mall Batam Centre for our brunch.     Our shopping desires were fulfilled after we finished our meal. Baby went over to the men's section which is one level up from the women's section, and he got himself a top at only 45,000 Rupiah (SGD5).     Both Claressa and I picked up some tops, dresses and sweaters/jackets from the mall. We got the same panda hoodie jacket, as both of us fell in love with the panda head hoodie! The jackets were having 50% sales, so we ended up only paying 99,500 Rupiah (SGD 11) each. ...

Months ago, I went to a Korean skincare and cosmetics private sale, and picked up some items.
