[September Holiday] Day 03 in Hong Kong

Image
Today is my last day in Hong Kong, and as usual, we had our breakfast at the Club Lounge. After our breakfast, we made our way SaSa to buy  ELEANOR  make-up items  which are available exclusively at SaSa  Hong Kong . You may find them at  SaSa  Malaysia (only at selected outlets) as well but the range are quite limited.   The   products are made in Japan, and their formula and quality of the products are amazing.  I picked up some cosmetics from  ELEANOR  The Miracle Key make-up series, and I loved the Victorian-esque inspired packaging of The Sheer Veil Pressed Powder. I got the shade of # 02 Honey . The weightless formulation helps to control shine for a flawless matte finish. It also works well as a touch-up powder. The Color Lip Balm glides well like butter, and it is not sticky at all. The Ultra Fine Gel Eyeliner was amazing, as it glides on smoothly for a flawless, precise application. The gel-based eyeliner stayed so well...

Morning hike at The Rail Corridor + Ala Carte Buffet at Mitsuba + Loots from Shopee

Image
Together with R, A, V  and E, we went out for a girl's night out on a random Fri-date.  We settled our meal gathering at Mitsuba which is a Japanese Ala-carte buffet restaurant  located at the Central, Clarke Quay. If you love Japanese buffets, then you definitely have to keep this restaurant in your ‘must-visit’ list! The damage was about SGD67 per pax, and after almost 3 hours of non-stop chatting, we ended our night on a delightful note! Looking forward to our next girls’ night out! I love shopping via Shopee , and recently I picked up a pair of classy earrings, which cost me only SGD 2.70 Apart from the earrings, I also picked up a Novelty Preserved Fresh Rose Bag Charm  for just SGD 10. I really love my purchases very much! On a random weekend, RKM went out on a morning hiking date at The Rail Corridor . We walked 7KM+ to Holland Village . During the walk, I took many random photos around my surrounding areas. Although we might be preoccupied with o...

1st-Monthsary celebration of Moving Day at British Hainan Restaurant

Image
Cheers to our 1-Monthsary on our moving house day! We decided to have a mini celebration for just the 2 of us at the 'British-Hainan' Restaurant which has a branch along Kallang Way, located within an office building called the 'Performance Building'. We started off on our meal with a plate of Hainanese Ngoh Hiang which turned out to be a highlight of the dinner!   They were freshly fried, and the minced pork was well-seasoned. They went so well with the accompanying sambal belachan too! The Hainanese Oxtail Stew was delicious! The meat was  so tender that it just fell off the bone at a touch! The gravy was also thick and full of flavor!    The dish came with some pieces of Baguette, and I loved dipping them into the gravy. The bread was crispy on the outside but fluffy and warm on the inside, and was a perfect accompaniment!     It was a humble homely place that  serves great food, but most importantly it wasn't very crowded even during dinner ti...

NYE Celebration at Wilder Mann + Random-ness

Image
I have always admired people who wear nice earrings and accessories, but never did I ever think that I would be able to wear these on myself! After much thinking, and with support and persuasion from my Baby and family members, I finally gathered up enough courage to get my ears pierced on the last day of 2017! A new channel of accessories are now unlocked! I can't wait to match my earrings as part of my OOTD! I love year-end shopping, as there were many shopping promotions and perks lined up for shoppers! I picked up some nice shoes for 2018 from Rubi Shoes. 2 pairs of shoes only cost me SGD30! The countdown of NYE was pretty simple for us, andand as usual, per previous years, our 'Modus Operandi' was to find a quiet bar or pub to while our time away while drinking and chatting to welcome the brand new year. we settled at a German pub called Wilder Mann which is located at Upper Thomson Road for our New Year's celebration! ...
