I entered the world of blogging way back in 2010, and it has been a great experience for me. During my blogging journey, I had the fortune to meet other fellow bloggers who have all since become my close good friends/buddies! Since the first week of January 2019, I've started to make an effort to meet up with my friends individually for a meal. As I'm going to be away overseas shortly for my birthday, I met up with Meryl recently for dinner, who was kind enough to meet me after she just completed a flight back from her stewardess duties. Thanks for meeting me! We had some photo-taking together at the 'Wizarding World of Harry Potter', which I will talk about in my next blog entry. We settled at Paradise Dynasty and we had a nice dinner together. Thanks for the meal, Babe. I am delighted to meet you at a random food tasting way back in 2014.   On a random weekend, I met up with my friends for the  Para Games Carnival, which was held directly outside the Stadium MRT station. The Para Games Carnival  began before the commencement of the 8th ASEAN Para Games commenced on the 3rd of December, 2015. The set up was pretty similar to the SEA Games Carnival earlier this year, but with a strong focus on Para sports. It is an open event, and all you have to do is to register yourself at the booth outside the carnival, to obtain an activity pass. We tried various Para sports, such as kicking a football while wearing complete darkened glasses to inhibit our sight, and we also attempted to learn hand-sign language! Lastly, we had a try out on the Pedal Go-Kart as well! We had so much fun at the carnival. Thanks Jasmine for the invite! I was very thrilled to watch the classic movie 'Saturday Night Fever' at the MasterCard Theatres, at MBS! 'Saturday Night Fever' is a 70's disco flick that is starring John Travolta, and this iconic movie is the one that cemented his status as an 'A'-List Celebrity. The movie also helped prolong the disco era back in the 70's due to the popularity of the movie and the dance scenes. Before the movie began, there were some preview singing performances of the theme song by the cast of the upcoming musical, Ghost .    As this special screening was free seating, we were allowed to choose our own seats! Before the show commenced, there were also lucky draws to win tickets to various musicals at MasterCard Theatres at MBS. The lucky draw itself was conducted by randomly drawing seating numbers out of a box. Unfortunately, I didn't win anything, but oh well, better luck next year! I still enjoyed myself very ...
