Thanks Base Entertainment for the invitation to the Masquerade Gala Night of The Phantom of the Opera . I was excited that this musical is now back in Singapore once again! This is a legendary masterpiece that all faithful fans should not give it a miss. I was looking forward to watch this magnificent and all-time favorite musical. I loved the stage setting, props and especially the Chandelier with the ornaments and gold engravings! Special mention has to go to the Elephant prop in once scene!   Watching and listening to the musical LIVE was amazing and I love everything about it, be it the music, the settings or the singing… Due to the theme of night being a 'Masquerade Gala Night' , the team from Base Entertainment prepared masks and roses for us to join into the fun! Thanks for having me to the Media Call of The Phantom of the Opera ! We were given backstage access for a special media tour which was very worth attending!!! If you're familiar with the story, you will know that one of the more iconic scenes is when a vengeful Phantom sends a chandelier crashing into the stage. This is but one of the many highlights of the whole musical which most fans look forward to! I lo ved every single detail of the stage setting, especially the Chandelier.   Upon reaching the backstage, I was greeted by colorful costumes, head masks and accessories. After a long day's work, I made my way to the MASTERCARD Theatres (SANDS Theatre) for the GALA OPENING NIGHT of ' The Phantom of the Opera' .      I was given a pair of STALL-SEAT tickets, and we were pretty much looking forward to watch this magnificent all-time favorite musical and we loved the stage setting and the props, specifically the Chandelieir and the ornaments with gold craving. I was so honored to be able to attend the Gala Opening Night of the the world’s most successful and longest-running show on Broadway, The Phantom of the Opera and the After-Party which we got to Meet 'n' Greet the casts! We mingled around with our favorite performers at the cocktail party.     I picked up the souvenir programme prior to entering the hall for the musical, and as I wanted to make my purchase more valuable and memorable, I decided to get the autographs from the casts whom I met at the party.     During the private event, we refreshed up ourselves with some wines and some canapés after the play,which was provided to us. We also managed to satisfy our ‘phantom craving’, even though we have finished watching the play.
