[tasting] Tonkotsu Tsukemen by Menya Sakura
Menya Sakura is located at Orchid Hotel, Tanjong Pagar , and it specialises in Nagoya-style ramen. Menya Sakura only offers two different styles of Japanese ramen; Tonkotsu Broth , as well as Tsukemen (noodles with a dipping sauce). There is a free-flow salad bar which is available for all patrons to help themselves to. Patrons are able to opt for hot or cold noodles to be served with their Tsukemen, and are also allowed to choose from varying portion sizes of the item from the order chit. Though there is a limited variety on the menu, the quality of the food served is top notch.
