Recently, I checked into the interactive pop-up beauty showcase by YSL, aptly named the ' YSL BEAUTY HOTEL' The event was located at 133 Cecil Street . Baby was pretty supportive to accompany me to this beauty event. YSL Beauty Hotel is a one-day 'Hotel' event which mimicked an actual lobby of a hotel. There were various neon lights in the shape of the YSL logo and the event was primaryily to adventure experiential beauty! I received some samples from Aromatic for my trial use! The items included a deluxe trial sized Tea Tree Balancing Foaming Cleanser which was a perfect organic cleanser for oily skin! Apart from the cleanser, I was given some sachets under the Rose Absolute – Brightening and Anti-Aging range which is suitable for dry, dull and sensitive skin types. Rose Absolute First Serum is a highly concentrated organic toner + serum and Rose Absolute Vital Fluid is a super brightening and lightweight hydrating emulsion. I was delighted to be selected to attend the Guardian Exclusive 'La-Roche Posay Sun-Care' Workshop , and it was held at Guardian Plus at Takashimaya Shopping Centre . We ended our meet up with a wefie! Say Cheese…. We were given a generous goody bag which was filled with La-Roche Posay and Vichy products. Meryl came down to Suntec City to meet me for lunch on a random weekday, and I was so happy to see her again. Although we seldom see each other, we are still in each other’s heart, and that’s what friends are for! We settled our lunch at The Butcher’s Kitchen , and we went for the daily lunch set special which comes with soup and a glass of drink. The set cost us around SGD15++. I had the Teriyaki Salmon with Rice while Meryl had pasta instead. We had an enjoyable time together although my lunch time is limited.
