On a random weekend, we visited the fine-dining concept restaurant 'Mott32' Singapore, which is located at Marina Bay Sands. The restaurant offers Dim Sum classics with a sumptuous makeover. Upon entering the restaurant, I was in a great mood as the interior was really beautiful, and it had a luxurious vibe to it. We had our brunch so we had mostly dim sum items, and we started off with our meal with the Soft Quail Egg, Iberico Pork, Black Truffle Siu Mai. They   were simply delicious! We also had the Signature Crispy Sugar Coated Peking Duck Bun. Garoupa Dumpling with Chopped Chili The  Prawn Cheong Fun  was amazing the prawn was perfectly done in a Japanese Ebi Tempura Style, and gave it a nice crunchy contrast to the silkiness of the rice roll skin.  I loved the accompanying soy sauce as it really enhanced the entire flavor of this dish. Happy Good Friday holiday!!  Baby and I went to  'Sixteen Ounces'  which was located at  The Rail Mall  for our chill-out session. We ordered a pint of beer each, and also got a plate of  Cheese Fries  as an accompanying snack. We spent some good quality time together, which was reminiscent of our dating/pak-tor (courtship) days! We revisited Paradise Classics at Changi Jewel , as we love the delicious food and good service from this particular outlet.  Below were the food items we ordered: The damage was less than SGD60, and we had a pleasurable experience at the restaurant indeed! MERRY X’MAS! We're back at Changi Airport again! I took a quick shot with the Dino display! Both Baby and I are oyster lovers, and we were attracted by  the 'Happy Hour' offered by Tanuki Raw, which is   located at the highest level of Jewel, Changi . During the happy hour period, each oyster is going at only SGD2, and it was great value for money! These tasty oysters were fresh, creamy and large. They are perfect when paired with some beer or cocktails at the premises! Note, in order to enjoy this deal, you have to purchase a drink first! Baby suggested Hokkaido Soup Curry for dinner, as he misses Hokkaido very much. Therefore we re-visited the  Suage outlet in Changi Jewel !   Both of us love Hokkaido Soup Curry, as it has a watery and light texture as compared to the traditional Japanese thick curry, which is creamier and has a heavier texture.
