On a random weekend, we made use of the generous dining deal from the 'eatigo app' to enjoy a 20% discount on our Italian fare at Casa Roma Ristorante Italiano which is located at The Grandstand.   Italian cuisine tends  to be slightly pricey as compared to other cuisines, but the prices at the Casa Roma seemed to be more comfortable to our pockets than other Italian eateries.   On top of that, I was given an additional SGD20 cash voucher as well to further offset my meal damage! We only paid SGD41 in total after all the discounts and deductions, which made our damage a very affordable one! Baby and I brought HayBoy to the Pepper Lunch's Teppan City Venture , and it was the first ever pop up art installation in Asia! It was located at the  Capitol Building . On a random weekend, RKM went out on a late afternoon hiking date at The Rail Corridor.  We simply couldn't resist taking a selfie against the truss bridge, as is it was perfect for an Instagram-worthy photo! I took quite a number of OOTDS at the truss bridge! On these truss bridges, there are two that have been conserved as heritage sites. These historic bridges are a rare sight in Singapore, and you can them along Bukit Timah Road near the railway station and near The Rail Mall at Upper Bukit Timah Road.    We walked to Singapore Quarry and I took a tired yet hilarious photo as wearing a mask to hike is no joke. I totally hate this feeling, so please consider allowing us to take off our masks while walking in an open air nature reserve areas! My OOTD! Baby brought me to  Nam Kee JB Handmade Pau, which is located at 'The  Grandstand' where the old turf club used to be, for a dinner! We had a simple meal to conclude our Fri-date! for dinner. I met up with Meryl on a non-working day for lunch. We settled for a meal at a cafe named ' Saturday House' . Although we seldom see each other, we are still in each other’s heart, and that’s what friends are for! I was so happy to see her again.  I had the Aglio Olio pasta, while Meryl had Carbonara pasta. We shared the Truffle Fries between us. We had an enjoyable meal time together. Recently, I just got my hair colored at my usual hairdo haunt, Papilio . I was first introduced to this salon through flowerpod forum , and I fell in love with their service as well as the results I received. Their charges for hair treatments and services are pretty decent and affordable! I paid SGD120 for hair color, treatment and trimming! On top of that I was also given a bottle of intensive hair serum, POWERDOSE COLOR by L'Oreal Professional and a cash voucher worth SGD20 for my next visit. I think I will probably do my hair treatment there from now on.   As usual, on weekends, we will normally drive in to Malaysia, and we did.
